If you are currently an EZ OWN Auto Source customer, you may make your vehicle payment online by clicking the link to the left. Please note there is a $3.00 convenience fee for this service. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your account balance with one of our representatives, please contact us at 602-977-2886 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Arizona time. Delinquency Charges: If you do not pay any periodic payment in full within 5 business days after it is due, your account is automatically assessed a delinquency charge of $5.00. Refund Policy: Please consult your lease-to-own contract. Regular (bi-weekly/semi-monthly/monthly) payments are made in advance. If you return your vehicle early, you will be refunded the per diem usage fees for any days unused, minus any outstanding balances on your account and/or any over-mileage fees. Refunds are paid via check and mailed within 5 business days. Per your lease-to-own contract, any monies you pay towards the amount due at lease signing or delivery, some of which may have been deferred into an Irregular Payment schedule, are non-refundable. |
